・To assist account manager to set up property management office administration & operation, including filing system, check lists, reports, forms & SOP.
・To monitor and oversee overall day to day administration of the site, including issuance of billings and collections, credit control, public relations, security, housekeeping and building maintenance matters.
・To monitor and ensure the site staff maintain up to date accounts as per frequency set, collecting and administrating all monies due for payment to Developer / Management Corporation from individual owners / tenants
・To plan, implement and monitor credit management strategies for the collection of maintenance charges and other outgoings (insurance, quit rent, water charges, etc) to achieve collection targets, improve efficiency and ensure necessary actions are taken i.e. water disconnection exercises, legal actions.
・To monitor and ensure timely settlement of statutory payments, utilities bills, outgoings and expenses.
・To handle handing over keys to purchaser
・Liaise, coordinate and monitor on defect works at site with relevant parties and handover back to purchaser;
・Handling and monitor on building/house inspection and maintenance;
・Supervise on service providers;
・Attend and resolve on complaints and inquiries from the tenants/client
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma/Degree holder in Sales & Marketing / Property Development / Real Estate Management / Business Administration or equivalent;
✓Working experience at least 1 years in sales admin in property development industry is an advantage;
✓Computer literate in Microsoft Office;
✓Good in sales and administration skills;
✓Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
✓Able to start work with short notice
