・マレーシアで複数店舗を展開する高級日本食レストランで日本人シェフを募集

・レストランの全てのメニューの調理の担当

・高品質の料理の提供

・日本料理のメニュー作成: 通常、季節、プロモーション、カスタマイズ

・アシスタントシェフ、アシスタント、見習の指導

・料理の質が保たれるよう内部のコミュニケーションを密に取り、研修等を行う

・Responsible for preparing all dishes in the men

・Provide the highest standard meals at all the time

・Create Japanese menu: regular, seasonal, promotional, customized

・Guidance for assistant chefs, assistants and apprentices

・Maintain close internal communication and conduct training in order to maintain the quality of cooking

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓日本食レストランでの経験者

✓週末および祝日勤務

✓コミュニケーションレベルの英語

✓Working experience in the F&B industry in a Japanese Restaurant

✓Work on weekends and holidays

✓Communication level of English
