・ Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to being the company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with Quality System requirements.

・ Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation, particularly with Japan Standard

・ Ensure that all quality tests and procedures are properly understood, implemented and evaluated.

・ Writing technical and quality management system reports.

・ Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

・ Setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that objectives are achieved.

・Accessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer requirements.

・Setting up and maintaining controls and documentations procedures.

・Liaising with customers to ensure that customer's quality standards are meet through proper quality staff training and regular process checks.

・Conducting regularly supplier quality audits to ensure that the company's quality standards and specifications are met.

・Establish standards of service for customers and/or clients.

・Identify and implement relevant quality-related traning needs.

・Implementing ongoing quality improvement at all levels of the production processes.

・To ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standard.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science

✓5 years' experience in related field

✓Experience in manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

✓Experience in compliance with ISO 9001 standard.

✓experience in all quality tests and procedures are properly understood, implemented and evaluated.

✓Experience in develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to being the company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with Quality System requirements.
