・ To work in a small team to ensure all IT Operations issues are resolved timely.

・ To Provide Technical Support Onsite or Remote for Servers, PC and Printers

・ Obtained adequate knowledge on troubleshooting system hardware, software, and networks.

・ To complete the installation, maintenance, and upkeep of existing equipment or devices

・ Manage and maintain related POS systems to ensure they are running efficiently.

・ Troubleshoot and resolve POS system issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to daily operations.

・ To perform any other related ad-hoc duty from management as and when required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent.

✓At least 1-2 years experiences in Information Technology.

✓Ability to work with minimal supervision

✓Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
