・ Responsible for review the roaming partners with legal and sign the contract on time after a new deal is in place.

・ Expand roaming coverage in terms of depth & width to ensure seamless roaming experience across all services
this encompasses end-to-end management – signing agreements, test SIM arrangement, coordinating bilateral network testing between Maxis & the roaming partner, billing verification & launch management

・Channel operational updates from roaming partners to stakeholders within internal & externally to our data clearing house and ensure timely implementation is done on the billing/network changes such that there is no impact to inbound & outbound roaming service.

・Maintain roaming operational documents and publish updates, alerts and notifications to roaming partners

・Manage the roaming shared folders, i.e ensure all the roaming agreements, AA.14 documents from roaming partners are available in the shared folders.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Obtain Certificate/ Diploma and above in any field.

✓ Systematic thinking, organized, operationally focused
