・ Responsible for timely provision and purchase of office refreshment (for pantry), stationery, equipment, company vehicle & etc. based on company existing policies and procedures.
・ Able to arrange transport and accommodation, booking of flight ticket, hotel & etc. as
requested and approved by the Management.
・ Prepare and monitor payment processing on all administration related matters, inclusive
office rental, utility bills, refreshment, stationery & etc.
・ Responsible to check and renewal of business license, company vehicle insurance and etc.
・ Prepare and maintain all hard and soft copy files and records into a systematic for filing system purpose.
・ Responsible for the maintenance of office upkeep and office hygiene and cleanliness.
・ Compile and co-ordinate with insurance service provider to Issue travel insurance for staff business trip.
・ Assist in arranging or coordinating company/staff event gathering activities. Example, birthday celebration, festive season celebration and company trip.
・ ad hoc tasks assign from time to time.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ SPM/ Diploma in Business Admin or any related field.
✓ 1 years’ experience in Admin in any industries.
✓ Candidates must be proficient in Ms Office (Word, Power point and Excel).
✓ Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
✓ Candidate must posses own transport to work.
✓ Fresh graduate with internship admin experience are encourage to apply.
