・The candidate is expected to possess strong technical competency to solve problems under time pressure, given the mission critical business environment our customers operate in.

・He/She is responsible to diagnose and troubleshoot application software and operating system related issues.

・have an analytical mind to resolve issues systematically, possess strong self-initiative to study and understand our system and the industry we support, dare to try new things and thrive in solving problems.

・Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

・Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal teams or customers

・Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

・Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

・Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

・Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

・Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

・Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

✓ Fresh Graduate

✓ Required skill(s): MS SQL Server, ASP Classic, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5 & C#

✓ Advance knowledge of Window server (Basic, including IIS) and Microsoft Office

✓ Strong service orientation mindset

✓ Proactive, resourceful and a team player

✓ Understanding of stock market industry is an added advantage

✓ Strong troubleshooting skillset

✓ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

✓ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
