・To monitor and supervise day-to-day painting production, quality output and to carry out risk evaluation for improvements.

・To Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice in painting operations, policies, processes and procedures to assist and improve operational performance.

・To plan, organize direct and run day-to-day operations of Painting Department.

・Participate and jointly execute initiative on continuous improvement.

・Provides coaching and mentoring to team members on painting technical knowledge.

・Originate & implementation of new product with a good control of production efficiency and Quality Cost and Delivery balance.

・To evaluate and approve all aspect include manpower, material, method and machine in painting department.

・Established working knowledge of painting and assembly departments with cross over management capabilities.

・To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing System Engineering.

✓Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

✓Good leadership and supervisory skill.

✓Required skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, Time Management, Lean Manufacturing concepts, leadership skills, Shop Floor Management Skill, Tooling Management, PowerPoint, Excel & Microsoft Word.
