・Ensuring that processes of Quality Management System have been established and maintained,

・Reporting the performance of the Quality Management System including needs for improvement,

・Promoting awareness of ISO / customer requirements throughout the organization,

・Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.

・Conducting and co-ordinate internal and external audits.

・Conduct follow up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure all action plan are completed.

・Conducting and co-ordinate the Management Review Meeting.

・Assign responsibilities and or set targets date for the following and co-ordinate the activities

・Conducting induction training to new joiners on ISO relevant matters.

・Any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position

• Must possess at least ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course Certificate

• Able to handle internal audit independently

• Able to control and update the ISO Documents like Quality Procedures

• Able to Co-Ordinate and conduct ISO Meetings

• Project Co-ordination or Assistance Experience

• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken, Written and Reading)
