・ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, posting of advertisements, shortlisting, arranging of interviews
・ Assist with employee change processes such as new hire / termination
・ Assist in the review of job descriptions to ensure accurate and compliant information for advertisement
・ Proactively source for talented candidates through different methods
・ Assist in the development of talent pool to support Company’s business strategy
・ Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
・ Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
・ Manage annual appraisal cycle in Workday
・ Planning and implementation of staff training programmes (in-house and external)
・ Performing general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Passes, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims and other related matters
• Manage all regulatory legislations and communicate with the authorities
• Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
• Full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail / courier handling
• Handling of expense claims
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Experience working with a HRIS system, preferably with Workday
✓ Good planning, interpersonal & communication skills
✓ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
✓ Is motivated and self-driven; able to work well under tight deadline with minimum supervision
✓ Positive attitude and willing to take on additional responsibilities
✓ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
✓ At least 3 years of relevant experience
