• Introduce and present company test & measurement solution to customers.

• Conduct demonstration on how to operate test equipment.

• Suggest suitable configuration for customer based on customers requirement.

• Work with Sales on tender documentation, such as technical compliance, competitive analysis to increase chance of winning.

•Help install setup in customers’ premises or test sites.

•Conduct product training on how to perform measurement.

•Follow up customers technical issues, and work with relevant parties (Sales, Service, Factory, partners) accordingly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Diploma/Degree holder, preferably major in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in telecommunications / data centre / electronics or optical components test and measurement, R&D, manufacturing, or relevant field. Candidates from other fields, with proper attitudes and potentials are welcomed.

• Good team player, eager to learn, work independently, positive mindset with can-do spirits.

• Fluent in English, good presentation skills, respond to emails professionally.

• Ready to travel overseas to support customer / training.
