・Accompany sales meeting & support the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand our SaaS product

・Build proofs of concept (POCs) and propose our SaaS to prospects

・Support our SaaS implementation

・Troubleshooting

▼Technical Partner Support

・Answering questions (including product functions, API specifications and technical topics)

・Planning and holding technical training sessions

・Planning and creating technical training materials

▼Internal System Development and Operation

・Develop and manage process operation for those systems used by our sales and marketing team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

▼Business Experiences

・3-year experience sales engineer.

・ System proposal

・Working experiences in a SaaS product company

・Project Management

▼Technical Skills

・Familiar with JavaScript, (has other programing language also may apply), prefer front end language.

▼Language

・English

・Japanese: not necessary but recommended

・Good communication skills
