Main Duties

・Assisting customers from arrival at the airport to boarding the plane

・Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions

・Flight reservation

・Selling airline tickets

・Boarding procedure (issuing boarding pass)

・Checking in baggage

・Tagging baggage

・Guidance from the boarding gate to the plane

・Assisting passenger with special needs

・Make boarding announcement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

✓Japanese language - Business level. JLPT-N1 or N2

✓Must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma Certificate in any related field

✓Prefer to have 1–2-year work experience

✓Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
