・The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent technical skills, be a good communicator, and pay meticulous attention to detail.

・The exceptional of Customer Support Engineer should diagnose and resolve problems, improve efficiency, mitigate risk, encourage business growth, and enhance and sustain relations with clients.

・Train customers on installed systems and support customers on software upgrading on new features or enhancements made to the existing system.

・Coordinate and communicate on-site preparation for new equipment installation and coordination of equipment delivery.

・Responsible to prepare and submit service and maintenance reports and ensuring all service is complete within the standard procedure of company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma/degree holder in mechatronic & electrical.

✓Experience in Automation machines setup and PCB tester knowledge.

✓Skills & experience
- customer support experiences (Min 3-5 years) in all industry.
- commitment for a work.
-Technically savvy in mechanical, electrical and computer literate.

✓Experienced in maintenance at the semiconductor manufacturer, Software knowledge, mechanical knowledge, measurement knowledge, fixture maintenance, Software: (GATS-7835E) It is necessary to communicate with the upper PC, Specification with GEM300, (GATS-7880C) It is understanding specification of OHT system, Key in command.

✓Fixture maintenance: Main fixture uses 25um or 30um probe(in the feature is 15um, 20um) A person who good with hands, willing to work shifts if require.
