JOB DETAILJob Details
・Responsible for carry out full recruitment functions which include job posting, screening interview candidate, intake planning and induction program.
・Coordinate with key department head on manpower requisition process and interview arrangement.
・Act as a mediator to line manager/supervisors in solving day to day affairs which include disciplinary cases.
・Monitor foreign workers permit, passport is renewed on time and others government regulations are followed.
・Managing foreign workers document and record are well maintained.
・Responsible for monitoring employees leave, attendance record is tracked and maintain for payroll process.
・Keep track of any new statutory and regulations changes from government.
・Conducting salary benchmark studies in supporting recruitment planning and existing employee's salary package is fairly compensated.
・Monitor new joining employee confirmation period and liaise with department head on the process.
・Coordinate in the annual performance evaluation of all employees.
・Constant improvement towards company policy in ensuring in line with ILO practice and follow whichever are the best practice in terms of worker welfare.
・Monitor the implement of policy in operation unit ensure compliance.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Degree in Business Admin, Human Resource, Psychology or related discipline.
✓For candidate HR role with experience in payroll experience in I-FLEXI system are an added advantage.
✓Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
✓Proven ability to work independently and as a team member with ability to be flexible and work in a fast changing environment.
✓Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
✓Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
