・材料の配達を関連会社、工場の希望通りの確実に行われていることを確認する。
　Make sure the delivery of materials are on time to our sub-con or factories base on their requirement.

・下請け会社に正しい数量と価格の材料を供給し、工場に買い戻す。
　Supply the material to sub-con, buy back with correct quantity and price to factories.

・工場の声に耳を傾け、データをレビューして改善の機会を見つけ、相互に合意できる目標を設定し、それを達成する。Listen to factories voice review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets and accomplish them.

・オペレーション現場での独立して作業や分調整、サービスプロバイダとのロジスティックソリューションの検討・交渉ができる
　Can work independently with and make min adjustment on operation site, think, negotiate logistic solution with service provider

・損益・B/S、特に売上の改善、利益率の維持、合理的な在庫レベルの維持、キャッシュフローのポジションの向上　
Improve P&L and B/S, especially Sales, maintain Berry ration of Margin, Maintain reasonable inventory level, increase cash flow position.

・直販費用の削減、海上貨物契約料金の最大化、物流コスト等
Reduce the Direct sales expenses, maximize to use contracted rate for ocean freight, logistic cost, etc

・鉄鋼の知見を活かしての鉄鋼シェアを拡大、現在も過半数が第三者商社を使用
　Utilize steel knowledge to expand share of steel, currently majority still using 3rd party trading house

・新規事業のプロセス部品開発手順の理解
　Understand the process part development procedure for new biz.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓エクセルの基本操作、できれば中級レベル( V-look　UP）

✓ 英語ビジネスレベル、日本語ネイティブレベル、多文化間でのコミュニケーションに長けている方

✓エネルギッシュで至急案件の対応のセンスがある方、正確な仕事ができる方。

✓ 計画的で交渉力のある方

✓五年以上の鋼鉄関係のご経験

✓輸出入のご経験のある方（できれば）
