・Responsible for new machine and line installation verification process to ensure the productivity output is as planning.

・Responsible for manpower preparation with provide adequate training contents and competent for the new process of manufacturing.

・Responsible to ensure an adequate standard operating procedure and others standard required in each of manufacturing process.

・Responsible for implementing periodical check of production process including operators working behaviour that might be impact to the product quality and productivity.

・Responsible to execute the production master plan issued by sales department with 100% achievement.

・Responsible for implementing the improvement activity for the safety or productivity improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must be possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or any engineering field that are related to manufacturing
process from recognize College or University.

✓Minimum 10 years of working experiences in automotive parts manufacturing industry.

✓Required language(s) is Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate in Japanese language is an added advantage.

✓For MS Excel, able use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting. Knowledge in creating pivot chart is an added advantage.

✓Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.

✓Have an experience in management and arrangement of project base such as new product development APQP team etc.

✓Familiar with inventory and has experiences in ERP software (Glovia G2).

✓Age between 35 – 43 years old.
