・Purchase goods using SQL system as required in an accurate and timely manner.

・Preparing shipping documents for oversea trading business.

・Identifies/ evaluates suppliers and financial evaluation to EPCC for Project sales.

・Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, and ensure the best pricing and quality.

・Liaise with OEM for panel purchase and shipment arrangement (required to communicate with OEM China in Chinese through email/wechat).

・Liaise with forwarder and arranges for transportation of purchased goods and ensure the most economical methods of transport are used for importation.

・Maintain information in reports to ensure it is up to date and accurate.

・To coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Engineering teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

・ Other related tasks as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor Degree in Logistic or any related field.

✓At least 3 years experiences in purchasing & logistic field.

✓Experience in Purchasing goods with SQL system

✓Experience in Preparing shipping documents for oversea trading business.

✓Experience in liaise with supplier for pricing and goods arrangements.

✓Experience shipping arrangements
