• Gather and document business and functional requirements

• Assists in Project/Change Request definition, analysing customer needs, estimate change required effort

• Understand the existing client’s environment, identify the gaps between company’s solution and the customer’s environment, suggest viable options/ solutions/ workarounds to resolve the gaps and be involved in the implementation of the proposed solution

• Ensure solution developed meeting or exceed require standards, quality, and deliver on time

• Work closely with functional team, peers and business users on system requirement study and issues clarification

• Guide and mentor the development team

• Prepare and study technical feasibility and estimates on proposed system solutions

• Create test plan/ test strategy and test condition/ cases

• Perform functional testing and integration testing

• Support and report to Head of Department on department operations matters, progress / statuses and potential concerns.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;

✓Required skill(s): C# .net, SQL Server

✓At least 1 year relevant Working experience

✓A strong tecnical person with good analytical skills

✓Able to work independently with minimum supervision and remain as a good team player
