• Overall
to assist the senior Executive in executing daily job duties on HR and Admin Matters
To assists superior to handle day to day issues on Boss I-Net system.
to contribute and monitor in order to achieve Dept's yearly budget, cost control, where applicable and report to the Senior Executive
To ensure compliance with Employment Acts and all relevant statutory requirements.
To maintain the documentation and filing system to ensure it is kept up to date.
To review & design compensation and benefits packages and propose to the senior Executive.

In HR
Main job duty is to assist superior to handle day -to day issues on Boss I-Net system to monitor, review and improve the security of BOSS I-Net payroll administration system.
To review and design compensation and benefits packages & propose to the senior Executive.

In Admin
To ensure all company vehicles are insured accordingly, permit A & road tax valid at all time.
To review and recommend for improvement on admin. Process and propose to the superior
To train to be the backup for motor vehicle insurance in view of the existing staff will soon reach the retirement age.
To obtain and verify the insurance proposal and invoices.
To coordinate passport and work permit renewal.
To coordinate Expatriate house rental and tenancy agreement.
To ensure and coordinate all company business license is valid at all time.
To verify the quotation / proposal and coordinating the price negotiation.
To coordinate and supervise the purchasing process which is related to department.

QA/QC, SHE , EMS & ERT committee members
To participate in safety patrol/SHE/QA/QC Committee meeting and identify areas to improve safety/ SHE/ quality management activities of the company.
To manage and control to ensure that the departmental process comply with local procedures requirements.

Others
continually train and motivate subordinates. Instill discipline and developed attitude that encourage productivity, dedication and innovation
Other industry or assigemnt as may be instructed from time to time by the superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must obtained at least Degree in HR or any field.

✓Experience at least 2-4 years in HR payroll and handle multiple heacount of payroll.

✓Preferably have the knowledge to process monthly payroll.

✓Experience in employment act
