・Work in back office

●Administrative work

・Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations

・Document confirmation, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, organize

・Generate monthly reports

・Polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

●Accounting-related work

・Sales and purchase management. Confirmation of payment from business partners, matching of invoices and purchase slips, creation of payment slips

・Organize sales and purchase slips. Organize and store issued slips by business partner

・ Invoice issuance and managemene. Issuing invoices for each customer Withdraw documents from stores and
sort by delivery note, supplier

・Communicate with outsourcers

・Work with accountant in Japan HQ


●Other works

・License confirmation

・Support for seconded employees

・Collect and report on other companies' sales prices

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Must have bachelor's degree

✓Fluent in Japanese both speaking and writing. Communicate to Japanese MD in Singapore and accountant in Japan HQ

✓3 or more experience in administration job

✓Required skill(s): MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✓Reporting skills

✓Clerical writing skills

✓Those who can organize themselves

✓Honest and bright

✓Those who are interested in eating and drinking

✓Independent. Those who can act voluntarily
