• Plan and execute procurement activities for local and intergroup companies from the office furniture industry.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and factories to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Arrange and coordinate manpower for furniture delivery and installation at client sites.
• Liaise with project, sales, and warehouse teams to align delivery timelines with project requirements.
• To maintain internal documentation control in accordance with company standards, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels for upcoming projects.
• Maintain proper procurement and logistics records, including supplier quotations, POs, and shipping documents.
• Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
✓Minimum 3 years of working experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the furniture or trading industry.
✓Experience in shipping, import/export documentation, and freight coordination is an added advantage.
✓Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or procurement systems.
✓Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✓Proficiency in Mandarin
