• Collaborate effectively and keep dateline with key internal and external stakeholders to find new business/market opportunity, support on technical matters regarding develop products and visit customers when necessary.

• Conduct survey such as material/ chemical/ equipment for design purpose, research, develop, analyze, test for any existing/ new design/ technology as necessary; conduct design/ process trial, testing, experiments and improvements to ensure successful transfer of all assigned
projects from R&D to manufacturing.

• Utilize methodology effectively (QC tools, Statistic Analysis, etc.) in conducting experiment.

• Input experiment report into technical database with well summarized form.

• Weekly update development progress to direct superior; update development/customer the activities in R&D monthly meeting and submit R&D technical report per quarter.

• Perform any other related assignment as and when directed by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (Polymer; Chemistry/ Chemical; Bio resources/ Material or equivalent.

✓At least 2 years of working experience in chemical process / manufacturing / research and
development fields (water-based adhesive).

✓Excellent oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Japanese optional)

✓Knowledge of APQP & FMEA.

✓Can perform analytical equipment such as Micro- FTIR, SEM, GPC.

✓Patient, passion, and possess leadership and motivational skills.

✓Able to work under minimum supervisor.

✓ Strong cooperation among team members.

✓Able to work under pressure.

✓Must involve in multi cross-functional activities
