A management position supervising both sales and logistics group. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to activities for equipment/parts sales and logistics. Makes recommendations for action and assists in policy and procedure implementation; Performs related work as assigned; Works with world-wide stakeholders in Japan, US, and EU.

• Responsible for company’s sales turnover, A&P budgets and develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales and business objectives in terms of revenue, profit and market-share.

• Design and create the sales and marketing strategies and fostered major partnerships with key accounts to increase channel penetration through direct negotiations

• Responsible for the preparation of service contract proposals and order negotiation with key accounts for new installation, relocation and resale project.

• Lead and guide the Sales & Logistics group to achieve sales target and coordinate sales/purchase for spare parts/machines.

• Manage internal and external customer facing supply chain programs and deliverables.

• Provide guidance to sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers

• Plan training to improve knowledge and skills of sales and sales support staff.

• Maintain close correspondence with management and HQ sales and planning division and coordinate all matters relating to regional sales and budget planning.

• Manage and track all sales issues, payments, product allocation, delivery, shipping and scheduling.

• Responsible for annual, quarterly and monthly budgetary and sales achievement report.

• Analyze the sales and market data, form market intelligence and report to Management on all matters relating to sales and marketing.

• Develop sales policies, practices and procedures in accordance with HQ direction & rules.

• Frequent real-time communication with stakeholders in US and EU area.

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma or Degree in related Engineering field

✓ More than 5 years’ of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in Wafer Fab stepper and scanner products

✓ Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese language to communicate and work closely with Japan HQ

✓ Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✓ Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable, resourceful and a team player
