・Handle full set of account; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports.
・Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions.
・Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc.
・To responsible for monthly management report and other financial matters.
・To manage cash flow efficiently and liaise with banker on banking matters.
・To maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
・To ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
・Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement.
・Prepared payment to vendor and manage online banking matter.
・Account/bank reconciliations.
・Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
・Assist supporting documents compilation and submission.
・Preparation of monthly financial statements, financial analysis and performance review including review and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and reporting requirements.
・Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
✓At least 3 years of working experience in related field will be added advantage
✓Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
✓Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
✓Possess own transport
✓Able to start work immediately will be considered
