・Main products to support on Mechatronic products (servo motor, PLC, HMI, Industrial PC, vision etc)

・Diagnosing & troubleshooting customer software & hardware issue

・Involving & assisting Sales team in application & technical solution, quotations, coordinates & securing of Sales & application supports mainly targeting potential customers in the region.

・Provide application development & enhancement on all hardware & software technical support for Backup & Recovery Customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.

✓ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field.

✓ Preferable Chinese Male. Possess own transport.

✓ Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude & interested in preventing errors & solving problems.
