・To Manage 70 staffs for production line under 4 supervisors

・Report to Management for any issues

・For any ad-hoc issues in operation line, take quick action to solve problem

・Make sure all the staff follow SOP & maintain produce High quality products within timeline

・Communicate with relevant section for smooth operation (maintenance, delivery, accounts, HR etc)

・Create safe and productive environment

・Monitoring staff performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Have experience Managing people (include Foreigner)

✓Good communication in English, Malay

✓Prefer has experience with Manfacturing/ printing/ handling Machines

✓May apply from different industry, who is good at managing people

✓For Japanese speakers added advantage
