• Process the order requirement via CPQ

• Handling new enquiries and complaints

• CRM management to register & qualify opportunities

• Consult supervisor & share deals progress, plan, and deliverable.

• To ensure the cadence and hygiene of pipelines

• Collaborate with internal teams

• Following up on orders

• Managing customer complaints

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum tertiary education, preferably bachelor’s degree

• 5 years working experience

• Experienced in using Salesforce, customer management and order processing
