・Proceed to the port and verify the quantity of biomass fuel to be loaded, and conduct an inspection of the vessel's interior.
・Verify the amount with the shipping company and take photographic evidence of the cargo, then create a report.
・Confirm the loading status once the cargo has been packed (even during nighttime).
・Negotiating and arranging freight rates and payments
・Complying with export/import procedures, tariffs, taxes, and regulations
・Tracking cargo and creating reports
・Supervising and coordinating ship loading and unloading operations
・Managing cargo storage, security, and risk during transport
・Ensuring compliance with safety regulations for vessel operations
