・ Responsible for entries and maintenance of the account receivables (AR) and account payables
・Responsible for monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and banks balances. Ensure all discrepancies are　investigated and reconciled satisfactorily.
・Responsible for month end processes including but not limited to assets depreciations, provisions, etc.
・Maintain up-to-date aging report
・ Assist the management to prepare financial statements, management reports and regulatory reports on timely basis
・Assist the management to liaise with auditors and tax agent

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓who can speak Chinese and English
✓ Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance
✓ Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
✓Experience with audit is highly preferential
✓Computer literate and familiar with accounting software
