・To be responsible for the overall coordination of technical advisors (TA) from Japan at site in Manjung area and must have knowledge of Thermal Plant – Coal Fired Power Stations, Outage Management - for Steam Turbine, Generator, Boiler and auxiliary systems.

・Manage 1 admin staff and 2 helpers to manage the site activities

・Ensure comes to site and goes back to hotel in accordance to the schedule and coordinated with the admin staff for the transport managements.

・Ensure align and support client to meet the outage duration date without delays and participate in the morning tool box meetings and outage meeting with the clients and MPW project team in KL / SG and Japan.

・Send progress report to the Project Management Team on daily basis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering and Familier with Thermal Power Station Project Management.

✓At least 10 years of working experience in the related field with 5 years in supervisory/managerial positions.

✓Experience in coordinating technical advisors from Japan would be an advantage.

✓Strong knowledge of Thermal Plant – Coal Fired Power Stations, Outage Management - for Steam Turbine, Generator, Boiler, and auxiliary systems.

✓Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Japanese language would be an advantage.

✓Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
