・Support the Project team for all admin related works at site and to be based in Manjung throughout the outage execution works.

・Works closely with the Site Project Manager and Project office on all site activities which needs admin’s intervention. Duration will be similar to the Site Manager’s role and pre-outage ad-hoc works may be required starting from May 2023.

・Scopes will be (but not limited to) to manage and coordinate the TA mobilization and demobilization activities from and to site, transport arrangement with the support from the helpers and transport companies, hotel bookings, transfer from KLIA to Manjung and from Manjung to KLIA, site printing activities, Safe Course Coordination with AESP team (NIOSH for AESP – Confined Space);
Site facilities such as sufficient stationeries for TAs, papers, drinking water management to the temporary cabins etc.

・Report to Site Manager and Project Management Office in KL / SG / JP

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma Holder in Business Admin, Mechanical / Electrical and iste admin experience

✓Relevant work experience in administrative support roles in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred.

✓The Site Admin should have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

✓Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role, as the Site Admin will be required to liaise with various stakeholders including project team members, transport companies, and hotel staff.

✓The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also necessary.
