・Responsible to identify talents of the dealers and motivate in the development of their business.

・Responsible to demonstates commitment and achieve personal goals outlined in annual, quarterly and monthly sales action plans.

・Responsible to maintain and develop good relationship with dealers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

・Responsible to assist superior in improving Domestic Market Sales.

・Responsible to conduct dealers’ meetings, training, seminars and events with key dealers and also required to closely monitor performance of the newly recruited.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Certificate in Beauty line.

✓Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command of spoken and written English

✓Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam

✓At least few years of working experience in the Sales Marketing essential preferably in cosmetic industry is required for this position

✓Knowledge in facial beauty shall be of advantage
