A. IT Management
・To promote IT strategies and standardization of Group while coordinating with Mid-term plan
・ To accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting IT requirements; preparing an annual IT budget and scheduling IT expenditures.
・ To monitor the overall IT policy and direction.
・ To control actual cost comparing with budget and oversees the procurement of IT equipment.
・ To manage and control IT resources to reduce IT operational cost and improve IT operational performance.
・ To promote and implement cost reduction activities to reduce business operation cost.
・ To provide user training, support, advice and feedback regarding all matter related to IT.
・ To manage, mentor and train IT staff; to maintain a safe and secure work environment; develop personal growth opportunities.
・ To provide updates for the weekly reports, and Monthly progress update for any related job task and project.
・ To support IT Department action plan and comply with grant agreements, assurances, regulations, guidelines and instructions and IT policies and procedures.
・ To develop and documentation standards for hardware/software/network/server related matters.
B. IT APPLICATION
・ To ensure the company adherence with software licensing laws.
・ To provide recommendations on software and hardware specifications from time to time to ensure optimum system performance and to upkeep with technology changes within the Group.
・ To provide support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions and file maintenance.
・ To provide support for the business software applications such as Production System, Finance System, HR
System, EOLP System, SMS System, and etc.
・ To monitor daily backup operation for business software application and related servers.
・ To monitor and support for all functions associated with the maintenance of SQL Server databases including security, back-up, logging, reporting and recovery procedures.
・ To monitor and update HMMMY software licensing and software assets.
C. IT INFRASTRUCTURE
・ To manage all aspects of IT security, creating and implementing IT security practices and to ensure that staff follow those procedures.
・ To perform Daily Management of existing system, server, network and PC.
・ To provide support and response services in maintaining both software and hardware functionality and uptime.
・ To provide technical and project management leadership to identify, design, develop and implement the IT
systems.
・ To manage progress, issues and confirmation status of all types of tasks pertaining to IT business system and IT infrastructure.
・ To assist in maintaining servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment.
D. SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)
・ To have a sound knowledge of legislation and SHE management.
・ To ensure self-compliance and subordinates are also in compliance with HMMMY SHE policy.
・ To ensure all necessary safe operating procedures and instructions related to all aspects of work within the department are prepared, documented and periodically reviewed
E. OTHERS
・ To assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
・ To ensure daily operation of IT team smoothly and well performed.
・ To perform any duty or task assigned by superior.
IN HIS/HER ABSENCE THE FOLLOWING PERSON WILL TAKE OVER HIS/HERRESPONSIBILITY
1 Finance & IT General Manager.
2 IT Senior Assistant Manager,
3.IT Executive or Sr. IT Executive.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Preferably Diploma / Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology.
✓Preferably 10 years working experience or 5 years managerial role in related field.
✓Proven experience as managerial position.
✓Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✓ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✓Possess excellent leadership qualities and strong analytical skills.
✓Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others. commercial and business awareness.
