・Assist sales staff on quotation request.

・Request price from vendor

・Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services.

・Monitoring renewal license and issue renewal quotation to customer on timely basis

・Monitoring maintenance contract and issue renewal contract to customer on timely basic

・Work together with procurement & engineering team for delivery arrangement

・Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data

・Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ 2 year working experience in IT field

✓ Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

✓ Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone

✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction

✓ Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize

✓ Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques

✓ Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry

✓ Ability to pay strong attention to detail
