1. Responsible on implementation custom reporting by using Autocount software

2. Responsible of LMW renewal, regulations and procedures

3. Oversee of custom approval (export & import)

4. Oversee of custom approval for inventories and machineries / equipment disposed.

5. Responsible for shipping budget operation

6. Responsible for FTA approval (Free Trade Agreement)

7. Liaise with forwarder for logistic matter.

8. Follow up raw material checking and labelling

9. Follow up scrap collection, agreement and reporting

10. Inventories data check input

11. Physical Stock take preparation

12. Follow up of company’s car maintenance

13. Responsible to become as one of ISO committee

14. Other task as assigned by immediate superior time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ bachelor's degree in business administration/ Economic/ any related courses

✓ Minimum 5 years related working experience

✓ Good communication and analytical skill

✓ Able to work independently
