• Report to Project Manager

• Monitor the construction site activities which is include of Civil, Structure and Architectural

• Review drawing

• Coordinate with the main-contractor, architect and sub-contractor

• Post site assignment: draft scheduling, prepare work sequence and planning temporary facility, for Supporting tender using software of CAD & MS Project etc.

• Monitor and follow-up on work progress at the project site

• Supervise all construction works at site with reference to work scope, schedule and quality requirement

• Coordinate, monitor, control and report status of delivery materials, and execution of sub-contractors' work at project site

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions etc

• Ensure adherence to the company safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and instruction

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in construction industry

• Degree in Civil/ Structure Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent field

• Proficiency in Auto Cad is a must for the position

• Well-versed in MS Office: Word, Excel and Project

• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Project Management

• Ability in both converse and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Good team player as well as work independently with minimum supervision

• The working location is in Kulim, Kedah

• Willing to be relocated

• Familiar with more finishing work (wall, floor sheeling, paint etc). architect work
