• Preparing Sales forecast and planning of the material intake.

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

• Handling Payment review and ensure on-time collection

• Attending to customer complaint and take sensible response to settle the matter their satisfaction

•Prepares report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

• Providing after sales service

• Monitor and follow up customer order delivery

•Prepare quotation

• Performs other duties assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

• Extremely proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software with the ability new or updated software.

• Good command of English and (Mandarin as added advantage)

• Japanese Language N2 and above

• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field prferred

• At least 2-10 years in the related business field is required for this postion
