・This role is to support the Recovery Management process within the department.

・Liaise with panel lawyers / Debt Collector Agencies and ensure that files are submitted in timely manner for the respective actions per datelines

・ You would also need monitor listing of accounts plus performing outbound calls to customers to obtain payment.

・The candidate would need to be able to organize and categorize information according plus able to understand how this info/data can be pivoted/process to provide use business insights when making decisions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Fluent in English & Malay

• Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power point skills

• Analytical skills - able to organize and categorize info/data, review collection reports and provide feedback for improvement
