・Manage and assist Sales Executive/Supervisor in maintaining all store’s merchandising and stock inventory and other operation matter

・Feedback about outlet and market intelligent with photo

・Update stock card and propose PO to buyers

・Double check on stock arrived status

・Collection of return stocks

・Daily checking on outlets/ merchandising and setup for NEW outlet openings. As well as give supporting to superiors.

・Ensure the cleanliness and tidying of the counter and shelf as well as replenish the tester when there is needed.

・Ensure the stock on shelf is display according to the expiry date (Short to Longer shelf life).

・Deliver and display the Point of Purchase (POP) material in the stores.

・Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

・Meet up and discuss with superior on problem faced and pending issues.

・Checking on promotion price and to assist superior to make sure that all plans are being implemented accordingly.

・Submit all the report by weekly basis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least two (1) years of experience in merchandising work. Experience in beauty and cosmetics would be a plus.

✓Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.

✓Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.

✓Fast learner and passion in work.

✓Flexible thinkers who can generate new ideas and business solutions.

✓Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

✓Team player with pleasant personality and good attitude to establish good working relation with internal and external parties.

✓Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.

✓Independent, proactive, mature, able to meet deadlines and under minimum supervision.

✓Possess own transport and willing to travel.
