1) To support the business sales-related activities and assist with the collection

2) Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness

3) Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information

4) Liaising with the internal department and follow-up on the delivery schedule

4) To attend the walk-in and call-in customer's enquiry

5) Respond to customer's complaints and after-sales support when requested

6) Arranging MD's daily appointment and flight ticket, weekly and monthly report

7) To perform any other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned when required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1) Relevant work experience : 1 year and above

2) Good Excel skill

3) Good in English, communication and presentation skills.

4) Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent and pleasant personality.

5) Good time management and planning skills.
