・Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers

・Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments

・Approving and rejecting credit limit based on available data

・Reviewing and updating the company's credit policy

・Monitor all the payments and bad debts

・Preparation of monthly credit compliance reports, overdue AR report to Management

・Educate and give guidance to the sales team and clients

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor's Degree in Business or Commerce is mandatory

✓2 - 5 years in similar field, experience in handling loans accounts in bank is an added advantage

✓Experience working in the Credit Department in a bank or any financial institution

✓Great interpersonal skills

✓Excellent communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation

✓Strong organizational and decision making skills

✓Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks

✓Outstanding problem-solving skills

✓Good time management abilities
