・Develop new customer by getting their specs & sample.

・Prepare sample, quotation & get new customer information for FA registration.

・Send email, call new customer, and arrange meeting.

・To get forecast order from customer.

・Have good communication with internal and external or new and existing customer.

・Follow-up email from new customer.

・Create Sales Order in SAP once received acknowledge Purchase Order from customer.

・Release Sales Order information to PC team for next process.

・Follow up on Inspection Result Table/ Outgoing Report from QA team.

・Create Check List and schedule check list to monitor each department status.

・Check with Warehouse team when final product packing able complete.

・Follow up with Logistic team on invoice, packing list and AWB.

・Submit Shipment performance management table report to Production.

・Attend daily morning meeting (each department) if Salesperson absent.

・Prepare customer sales report after each visit.

・Prepare and monitoring overall sales condition (New Contract Agreement, Quotation, NDA, PO, SAP doc., Shipment Info.).

・Backup and support Sales Coordinator Job.

・QMS ISO Committee member

・Attend Weekly Sales Meeting.

・Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping.

・Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

✓At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field or with electronics devices especially for plastic film is an added advantage.

✓Develop new business and maintain existing potential customer

✓Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills

✓Willing to travel
