A. LOGISTICS / STORAGE OPERATION
1 To oversee logistics operation in technical view to ensure effective operation.

2 Responsible for all logistics equipment readiness for maintenance plan and breakdown action plan.

3 To review logistics operation, layout, and equipment capability base on Assembly line requirement.

B. SPECIAL PROJECT / NEW DEVELOPMENT
1 To involve in New Project Development in switching part sourcing & part localization or modification.

2 To analyze and implement kaizen activity of logistics operation for cost reduction activity.

C. PARTS QUALITY - PACKING / RECEIVING / LOGISTICS MATTER
1 To prepare technical report for logistics troubleshoot or abnormality (part receiving, equipment, packaging style).

2 To visit new supplier or vendor to explore new part sourcing & part localization.

3To work together with QC team to ensure part received and handled in logistics area meet up with quality standard.

4 To advice & co-ordinate part repairing activity & method on the event receiving NG part.

5 To feedback to supplier & haulage company on part logistics improvement (packaging, supply route, handling)

6 To follow up with supplier on the replacement part to make sure no part shortage in part supply chain.

D. SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)
1 To ensure a clean, healthy and safe standard of working areas and facilities.

2 To not breach any statues, acts or regulations that may apply whilst performing any duties.

3To report unsafe conditions to superiors.

4 To support and be involved in the setting up and maintenance of SHE management system.

E. OTHERS
1 To attend daily morning briefing.

2 To attend serichi meeting as required.

3 To provide weekly report to superior as required.

4 To assist any activity of visiting of customer, third parties and etc.

5 To cooperate with team to maintain filing & storage of documents well arranged.

6 To be translator for General Manager when required

7 To translate related documents from Japanese language to English language.

8 To perform any task or duty assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Preferably Degree in Engineering or equivalent. MEchanical / Automtive Engineering

✓Preferably 3-5 years working experience in related field.

✓Able to work under pressure.

✓Computer literate for reporting, paperwork and presentation.

✓Having general knowledge in logistics operations and parts receiving is at advantage.

✓Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills.
