A. PRODUCTION TASK
1 To guide & instruct Team Leader for various task and ensure the schedule of the task meets productivity goals,
workload reduction, work efficiency and individual responsibility.
2 To check the assignment assigned by the superior and plan the implementation.
3 To give briefings & instructions to the sub ordinates regarding daily work plans.
4 To identify the problem of subordinate work and perform continuous improvement (PDCA)
5 To guide and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
6 To collaborate with Superior and other teams in managing and prioritizing tasks.
7 To implement and coordinate employee training to ensure the competency of subordinates.
8 To use the basic problem solving skills to ensure the stable of work operation.
9 To make reports about problems that occur to quality, process, equipment, materials and manpower meeting
(labour) to the superior and addressing the problem during the morning briefing.
10 To work closely with support staff such as Production Supervisor, Part / Material storage, to solve the
problem occurred.
11 To observe, maintain, coordinate and complete the work standard.
12 To study and support efforts for continuous improvement with Superior in terms of safety and better
workplace.
13 To maintain and drive manufacturing activities and 5S.
14 To participate actively in production installations and product installation.
15 To follow the documented policies and procedures as determined by the company's quality system.
16 To follow the fixed detailed instructions of the work standard and QCPC.
17 To maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
18 To review the team skill condition vs work allocation & guide the Gemba SV/TL.
19 To monitor the process performances and do analysis, plan improvement action plan & guide Team Leader
and ensure the target KPI achievable.
20 To control and improve rejection rate and all quality issues in the workplace.
21 To monitor and ensure the group staff attendance meet the targeted value.

B. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
1 To upgrade and improve present process by mean of productivity, cost saving, safety and quality with Team
Leader.
2 To monitor and ensure minimum down time as possible in Assembly section.
3 To plan how to minimize all aspect of waste item in each process.
4 To follow up fabrication of works order by other section in order to ensure smooth operation.
5 To check and verify the schedule for routine inspection and services for all equipment, tools and machine.
6 To conduct a trial run for new product before running a Mass Production.
7 To source for either contractor or vendor for price comparison and performance and select the best
candidates to perform job task or supply necessary item required by production line.

B. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
8 To assist in analyzing and determining Machine and Equipment capability and liability in order to provide
action when necessary.
9 To set up and monitor machines efficiency.
10 To update inventory control system and part listing.

C. TROUBLESHOOTING
1 To lead the troubleshoot all machines and defects that occur in Production Line activities.
2 To lead the troubleshoot auxiliary equipment that occur in the same process.

D. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT
1 To identify the spare part require and do the necessary establishment.
2 To perform spare parts inspection and reconditioning of spare parts.
3 To register and do an inventory listing and name for spare part.
4 To interface with subordinates to ensure the Parts and Accessories needed are being met.
5 To receive orders from subordinates for replacement parts and fill them as fast as possible.
6 To assist subordinates and other department in determining and recommending parts and accessories require
for certain jobs task.
7 To monitor and ensure the repairing tools are available when needed in the process.

E. PEOPLE & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
1 To execute and coach, mentor and develop production member and manage high performing team
delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.
2 To provide team with technical support and training.
3 To counsell and motivate member towards positive manner.




REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Preferably Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

✓Preferably at least 3-5 years working experience in related field.

✓Computer literate including Microsoft Office.

✓Possess ability to shape excellent organization and excellent leadership skills.

✓Possess good working ethics and high self motivation.

✓Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

✓Possess excellent problem solving skills.

✓Able to work under pressure.
