・ Responsible for all purchase requisition, receive and request for quotation and place order with suppliers
・ Follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods
・ Source suppliers and maintain listing in order to obtain best prices timely supplies prompt services.
・ Liaise with Sales and Plainning personnel regarding stocks requirements
・ Monitoring stock and prepare inventory reports
・ Prepare monthly reports
・ Conducts supplier analysis and assessments to ensure there is continuance and sustainability of suppliers to meet business needs.
・ Analyses and proposes improvements with procurment and related departments such as QG, production and warehouse with the goal of improving the overall planning and
・ purchasing activities within the organization.
・ Handle all administration matters lo).
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must posess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's in Business Adminstration, SupplyChain Management or relevent fields.
✓ At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field
✓ Required Skills: Microsoft Office
✓ Logistics knowledge in customs requirements and handling procedures
✓ Able to work independently with minimum supervision
✓ Requires lanuages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
✓ Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
✓ Possess good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, positive attitute and self-motivated
✓ Knowledge in IATF 16949 is an advantages
