・ Good Knowledge in design, cost estimation and prior experience in Civil & Structural

・ Support and advise client to secure and obtain project

・Attend all related meetings and matter which client, authorities and sub-contractors.

・Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing

・Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.

・On site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure contrucstions progress is following timeline.

・Excellent communication skills to explain technical specifics to peers and customer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

✓experience in design, cost estimation and prior experience in Civil & Structural

✓At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

✓Working experience in industrial projects is an advantage.
