• To handle AR update transaction

• To handle inventory transaction inclusive of adjustment and write off

• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and support inventory analysis

• Responsible for the credit limit evaluation exercise

• To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts reports including budget information

• Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned from time to time

• To liaise with auditor and tax agent.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or partial in professional degree.

✓Less than 3 years working experience in handling full set of accounts.

✓Familiar with computerized accounting environment and knowledge in taxes will be an advantage.

✓Able to work under pressure to meet strict dateline and independent.

✓Able to work overtime when required.

✓Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous, team player and possesses self-initiative.

✓Have a strong sense analysis on financial reports.

✓Preferred to have work in an accounting department environment with at least more than 3 person team

✓Able to converse in English fluently and good command in written English.
