・Establish new leads, site visits and conduct product presentation to prospects accordingly.
・Liaise with Developer, Architect , Consultant , Main Contractor for product specifications and sales.
・Working closely, effectively and successfully with others teammates to ensure delivery of specified and converted leads.
・Generate and identify existing and new potential leads, follow up, proposals, specifications and influencing.
・To achieve sales target required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent.
✓Minimum 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in Sales/Marketing.
✓Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
✓Good communication skills
✓Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
✓Effective clients and colleagues good business communication skills.
✓Possess own transport
