・Draft commercial agreement and/or review agreements 

・Draft and/or review internal rules and regulations

・Update the company in the event of any changes in laws

・Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice / opinion

・Manage contract filing system

・Perform other legal related assignment as and when required by the Company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・Possess Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)

・ Preferable with relevant experience as in-house legal counsel but not a must.

・ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
